Shipping Policy

Customer guide: We use the following guidance to make each stage of a transaction transparent and predictable.

Core requirement: Before shipment, an ordinary order is normally processed in approximately 1–2 business days. Following dispatch, delivery in transit is estimated at 3–5 business days, but carrier arrival dates remain estimates.

Information needed: Shipping availability applies only where a destination and service are offered at checkout. Any free-shipping offer is determined by the terms displayed during checkout. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number.

Service note: Tracking information is supplied when available. Carrier congestion, weather, holidays, address corrections, customs, and other circumstances outside our control can extend the estimate.

Resolution: For a delayed, lost, marked-delivered, or damaged parcel, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and a description of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging may be required for damage review. Delivery restrictions may apply to certain destinations or products.
